What is 7-on-7?The TFL 7-on-7 Football program is a competitive, one-hand touch football league that enables quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, defensive backs, linebackers and other skill players to improve their techniques. The game is fast paced, exciting and challenging. High Schools use it to prepare their teams for the fall tackle season. Additional field time helps position development and overall conditioning. The game is played on a standard football field.

Designed to give the girls the best option to practice, play games, learn from area high school coaches & pros, this academy will fit easily within your existing schedule. Our experienced staff will run a practice, focusing on drills and repetition for the fundamentals. We will cover pitching, fielding, hitting, throwing … everything needed to build confidence and skills for their next season. We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players will be split into groups based on age and ability. Parent coaches are welcome to get involved with our pros. We know you all want to learn more about all aspects of the game. Location: The Farm League Park. Spring Baseball ACADEMYREGISTER: by January 1stSTARTS: January 10th - 13thAGES: 5U-12U (age as of May 1, 2026)A FOUR DAY ACADEMY all in 1 week! Area high school coaches & baseball pros will run drills &scrimmages. In this Academy the coaches will work on drills to help compliment what they are doing in their team practices. Not only will they break down the HOW to do a specific skill, but the WHY! Many players look for short cuts - once they understand the WHY, it makes the game easier. We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players will be split into groups based on age and ability. Location: The Farm League Park.

French 5U Soft Toss: This is a great transition from T-ball to baseball. Designed for Pre-K and K to teach the Greenwood Forest fundamentals of hitting and fielding.Hassler 6U Coach Pitch: Fundamentals of baseball are the focus with this age group, while enjoying the spirit of Haude the game. The rules are the same as older ages, except the players get 5 pitches and can swing at all 5. Kaiser7U & 8U Coach Pitch: Standard coach pitch rules.Klenk 9U Blended Kid Pitch: No walks or steals. Kids learn to pitch, hit a pitched ball, and play with 3 Kohrville outfielders. Our kids swing the bats!
